COMMON ISSUES

Extraction failed or got the wrong details

Tap 'Edit details' on the Review screen and correct what we read wrong (year, mileage, price). Then continue — we'll generate the report from your corrected values.

The report didn't generate

This is almost always a temporary network issue or a model timeout. Pull down to refresh, or tap Generate again. If the second attempt fails, email us with the time of the attempt and we'll look at the logs.

I want a refund

Refunds for in-app purchases go through Apple directly — open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to refund on Apple's side.
