COMMON ISSUES

Extraction failed or got the wrong details

Tap 'Edit details' on the Review screen and correct what we read wrong (year, mileage, price). Then continue, we'll generate the report from your corrected values.

The report didn't generate

This is almost always a temporary network issue or a model timeout. Pull down to refresh, or tap Generate again. If the second attempt fails, email us with the time of the attempt and we'll look at the logs.

I want a refund

Refunds for in-app purchases go through Apple directly, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions or visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't have access to refund on Apple's side.
